1. Where are you located?

We are located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. All orders are handmade, packed and shipped from here. We ship all around the world via Canada Post and United States Postal Service(USPS).

2. How much does shipping cost?

Here is our shipping breakdown:
Standard shipping (No tracking)*: Flat rate $2.85
Tracked Packet: Flat rate $10.70

Standard shipping (No tracking)*: Flat rate $3
Tracked Packet: Flat rate $6.20

Rest of the world:
Standard shipping (No tracking)*: Flat rate $3.50
Tracked Packet: Flat rate $13.20

All prices are in USD.

*Although, we do offer un-tracked shipping option to provide lower shipping costs, we are unable to take any responsibility for orders lost/stolen with un-tracked shipping. Orders placed with the tracked shipping option are fully insured.

3. Are you currently shipping to the UK?

Yes, we are.

4. Where is my tracking number?

To keep the price of postage down, we ship orders with standard Canada Post letter mail which is not tracked. If you would like to have your order tracked, please select the 'tracked' option at the checkout.

 Your tracking number will be set to you once your order is shipped.

5. When will my order arrive? 

Our standard ESTIMATED shipping times are as follows. This does not include processing time which is usually 1-8 business days. These times may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!  

Canada: 5-14 business days 

USA: 5-15 business days 

All other Countries: 2-12 weeks depending upon location  


6. What happens if my order never arrives/is lost in mail?

As much as we'd all love for Canada Post, USPS and other mail carriers to be completely and totally reliable, sometimes they slip up. We are not responsible for replacing orders placed with our Standard shipping option at checkout. We offer tracked shipping options worldwide. In the event that a tracked package goes astray, we will replace the order in its entirety or provide you with a store credit* (minus shipping) - whichever you prefer!

*In the event that the postal service confirms delivery with the tracked shipping option, we won't be able to provide any further assistance as postal companies have the last say for package deliveries. If they confirm delivery, no further action can be taken.

7. How do I earn "Beanie Points"?

Earn 1 Beanie Point for every $1 spent. Get 150 Beanie Points when you sign up, and 150 points on your birthday.
Get $5 off your purchase when you collect 250 Beanie Points.
Get $10 off your purchase when you collect 400 Beanie Points.
Get $25 off your purchase when you collect 900 Beanie Points.

8. Are there any active coupon codes?

All coupon codes are posted in our Facebook group and Instagram. Please follow us there to check for coupon codes. 

9. Can you combine/modify my order?

We are unable to modify or combine orders during sales, major events and new release days.

During quieter periods we may be able to combine orders. To avoid disappointment, kindly send us an email before placing an order.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be made within 2 hours of placing your order if the shipping label has not been created. All cancellation requests are treated on a case to case basis and may be denied. Cancellations are not accepted during major events and sales.

12. Can't find your package (tracked shipping only)?

Carriers occasionally mark packages as “Delivered” before they drop them off. Please contact your carrier if more than two hours have passed since you received a delivery notification. 

We also recommend checking any covered areas, porches, or with neighbors before contacting the carrier about a missing package.
