Canada Shipping

Due to the recent Canada Post strike, all un-tracked(non bulky) Canadian orders will be shipped from the USA as letter mail starting Sep 27th. No duties or taxes will be applicable since it will be shipped as letter mail. This will increase transit times slightly so please allow an extra week for your orders to be delivered. 

Un-tracked bulky items shipping option will be disabled until the strike ends. All tracked Canadian packages will be shipped from within Canada via alternate carriers. Shipping price will not be affected. 

PO Box addresses: Shipping will  not be available to PO boxes until the strike ends. If you have an open order with us with a PO box shipping address, we will contact you for an alternate address. We can also hold your package until the strike ends if there is no alternate address.

USA shipping

Currently, there is a lot of uncertainty regarding US orders and tariffs. To steer clear of the storm until it settles downs, all tracked US orders will be fulfilled from US starting August 26th.

Which means no worrying about extra duties for now. This is the best solution we could come up with for the time being. Thank you for being patient everyone while we could come up with this solution. We love you all and hopefully everything will settle down soon. ❤️
